The Spanish AWPer claims the first Most Valuable Player medal in his career after leading ENCE to the IEM Dallas title.

Álvaro "⁠SunPayus⁠" García has been named the HLTV x 1xBet MVP of IEM Dallas moments after his team beat MOUZ in a one-sided grand final affair and secured the $100,000 first-place prize.

His biggest rival to the award was his grand final opponent David "⁠frozen⁠" Čerňanský, who boasted a similarly impressive resumé leading up to the grand final and went on to play up to par with those standards in the title decider, which is sure to earn him the top Exceptionally Valuable Player nod.
